Jim Driver – Joint Managing Director and Operations Director
Jim’s experience in engineering, software development, project management, and operational planning was first acquired as an Army Officer, and then as the founder of a number of successful commercial companies.
As operations director of Configure, Jim is responsible for the continued design and development of the adaptive products. These include auxiliary aids and physical solutions, as well as Configure’s SMART Audit software tool. Jim ensures that they represent value for money, achieve high levels of performance and look good.
Thanks to Jim, Configure is always able to offer the broadest range of adaptive products from a single source, maintaining its market-leading position.
In 2004, Jim took responsibility for the planning and implementation of national installation projects, along with associated service and maintenance programmes, for hundreds of sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
As joint managing director of Configure Limited, Jim ensures that all aspects of health and safety policy are complied with, as under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. He works alongside an operations manager, planning and implementing the national roll out programmes.
