David Driver LLB – Joint Managing Director and Legal Director
David is a qualified solicitor with 10 years experience in project construction law and building risk management . David has both delivered and overseen the development of Configure's access auditing and access consultancy services. He advises clients and colleagues on legal issues arising under the DDA and is responsible for policy development and the legal aspects of the company's training requirements.

David is one of Configure's most experienced field auditors, having conducted access audits of a range of complex and diverse sites, including Southampton Football Club, the Canadian High Commission, Nottingham East Midlands International Airport, and a significant number of listed buildings. Projects for 2006 will include access audits of the Department of Trade and Industry's central London administration sites.

David is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. In 2005 David delivered a number of industry specific DDA seminars, including a seminar at the De Vere Belfrey in conjunction with the National Golf Club's Advisory Association delivered to over 125 leading golf clubs and golfing organisations. Amongst David's commitments for 2006 is the delivery of the British Standards Institutes' "Policy Into Practice Using BS 8300 DDA" full day workshops.
